IMS Health, an international research and marketing
firm working with pharmaceutical clients, retained CPG
to reshape an entire 3-story building as a regional
headquarters. The entire project consisted of 120,000 SF
and was completed on a fast-track basis in multiple stages
to accommodate the client’s schedule. CPG also assisted
IMS in the building selection. The centerpiece of the design
was a central atrium featuring a new open stair and large
graphic murals based on IMS’ collection of images. Branding
was a key element throughout the facility, which included
on the ground floor a client-facing conference center and
training rooms, cafeteria and a fitness center. The general
office space featured numerous tele-conferencing and
meeting rooms as well as lounges, quiet rooms and bistros.
CPG also worked closely with the client’s furniture vendors
and coordinated a large number of consultants such as AV,
food-service, fitness, security and signage.
