There is nothing easy about major corporate relocations. There is a lot at risk, many people involved and tremendous costs to manage.

When Modem Media outgrew its existing office it selected CPG to help them find new offices where they could leverage their creative juices, provide innovative space for the employees, install state-of-the-art technology and build in tremendous flexibility to model teams for continually changing project assignments.

After looking at traditional office structures, Modem found space available in a warehouse building that was just about to undergo a full renovation. The timing was right for CPG to provide valuable services to assist in lease negotiation and base building planning as well as its traditional interior planning and design services.

CPG was able to retain the open look and feel by maintaining the high ceilings. CPG designed special cable trays for the color codes cables, integrated HVAC and sprinkler heads and designed unique ofice fronts with high tech metal louvers. Even the computer room was treated specially by making it a showcase reflecting the tremendous technology the company uses in the design of their products and services.
